ICE! is a Florida's Christmas tradition, presented by the Gaylord Palms in Kissimmee/Orlando. It has over 20,000 square-feet of display area encased within a frosty 9-degree tent inside the hotels convention center. It features hand-carved sculptures including two-story tall ice slides carved entirely from TWO MILLION pounds of ice. This year’s theme came from DreamWorks' Animation TV classic Merry Madagascar. ICE! is hand carved by 40 artisans from Harbin, China who arrived in early Fall and spent six weeks doing the carving.
